Putting the pieces together
This being human is a guest house. Every morning is a new arrival. A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all. Treat each guest honourably. The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing, and invite them in. Be grateful whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.

In our society today, there is ever more pressure, demands and expectations on our next generations. What are the signs to look out for if your child is feeling overwhelmed or experiencing struggles in day to day life?. Are the signs obvious? Some of the signs will be a change in eating or sleeping habits, engaging in destructive behaviour, isolating from friends, increased physical complaints or extreme feelings of sadness or worry. By helping your child talk through feelings and solve problems, help them believe in themselves and build better thinking patterns and healthier behavioural habits.
Help support you and your partner find your connection again. Explore and find meaning behind you and your partner's perspective. Learn and grow together as interdependent people, encouraging and helping each other in healthy ways.
